We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a wrong or eligible item, you may request an exchange according to the conditions below.

Exchange Period

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
All original tags, accessories, and packaging should be included where applicable.
The product should not show signs of use, damage, alteration, or wear.

Wrong Product

If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order details and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging so our team can review the issue.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for exchange.

No Refunds

Garnull.store does not offer cash refunds. Approved cases will be handled through an exchange only, subject to product availability and our exchange conditions.
